Highness Security & Placement Service LLP is a professional provider of security guard services and manpower solutions operating in Kerala since 2004. The company supports businesses, institutions, and residential communities by deploying trained security personnel and assisting organizations with recruitment and staffing requirements.

Over the years, the organization has worked with hospitals, apartment complexes, schools, factories, offices, shopping centers, and other commercial establishments.

Our Journey.

Highness Security & Placement Service was founded in 2004 by
Ajai P Varughese, who continues to lead the organization today. Coming from a long-standing business family background, he established the company with a focus on reliability, discipline, and responsible service delivery.

Through consistent service and strong client relationships, the company gradually expanded its operations across multiple districts in Kerala.

In 2022, the organization strengthened its legal and operational structure by converting the firm into a Limited Liability Partnership (LLP), and it now operates as Highness Security & Placement Service LLP.

The company currently manages a significant workforce and has supported many organizations with both security services and recruitment assistance.

Operational capacity includes:
